What you get

Assessment, benchmark, report and blueprint

Not a pitch deck, but an honest look at your real dev setup and your real workflows, measured against what works in practice.

01

On-site assessment

One day with your team: we look at how you really work, from requirements through review and testing to delivery. Remote on request.

02

Setup analysis, local

We check your dev setup with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or Copilot against best practices. The analysis runs on your machines, read-only. Code and repositories never leave your premises.

03

Benchmark

Where does your team stand on the way from individual AI tools to a controlled, agentic development process, and how does it compare with other teams? Anonymised.

04

Report + blueprint

Your report with all results and a blueprint with prioritised steps you can implement yourself. With a focus on quality, traceability and cost.

For all applicants

Report "State of Agentic Development DACH 2026"

Every application counts. From all anonymised applications we will compile a report in January 2027: how are teams in the DACH region developing with AI agents today? All applicants receive it first, including those who do not get a place.

What we give, what we expect, what comes next

We are open about why we are doing this. That matters to us.

Why does DANIC give away consulting worth over €100,000?

We have been developing software fully agentically since 2024 and built our own development system for it. Now we want to understand how other teams work: where they stand, what works and what does not. That knowledge is worth our time. In return, you receive a thorough assessment, your report and a concrete blueprint.

What we expect from you

  • A team that builds its own software, no matter how far along it is with AI agents
  • A person with decision-making authority takes part in the kick-off and the final meeting, so the results can be implemented
  • Permission to use anonymised insights in our work
  • A short exit interview (approx. 30 minutes) in which you honestly rate our work

And afterwards?

You decide. Many recommendations can be implemented on your own. Where it makes sense, we show you how we or BeeHive can support you. There is no obligation to buy.

It is an exchange, not a gift

We are not giving away our services; we are trading our time for your time. We bring the insights from many software and consulting projects and make them available to you. In return, we learn from you how you work today and where your challenges lie.

Full transparency: we want to make our consulting services and our products even better. Your feedback helps us do that in exchange. For your time, you receive a full analysis report from us and valuable tips for further optimisation.

FAQ

Answered briefly

What is the difference between assessment, benchmark, report and blueprint?

The assessment is our on-site analysis. The benchmark places your team, including an anonymised comparison with other teams. The report summarises all results. The blueprint is your concrete, prioritised plan for the next steps.

Do we have to host you on site?

No. We are happy to come to you, but the assessment is also possible remotely on request. The on-site part is not a selection criterion.

How much time does this cost our team?

A kick-off (approx. 1 hour), an assessment day on site or remote with the people involved, a final meeting (approx. 1 hour) and the exit interview (approx. 30 minutes). We take care of the rest.

What happens to our data and our code?

Your Git repositories and your code stay exclusively on your team’s machines. None of it is transferred to DANIC. We analyse together with you on site and read-only; we do not change anything. Only anonymised answers and insights go into the benchmark and the report.

We have hardly any experience with AI agents yet. Is it worth applying?

Yes. We are explicitly looking for teams at the beginning, too. That is where a clean foundation is most valuable.

How and when are teams selected?

We award the first 3 places on 16 November 2026 and all others after the application deadline on 30 November 2026. You will hear from us either way.
